 I whipped up some chocolate cookies tonight and used THIS recipe. I did everything except add the white chocolate chips since we were out of them.The first 2 trays, I spoon dropped the cookie dough and they came out pretty good. The other 2 trays I dropped the dough then rolled each scoop in a ball in my hands and placed them back on the tray. Those batches came out in perfect round shapes. :-D These cookies not super sweet but have a stronger cocoa taste with all the cocoa the recipe called for but nothing a tall glass of cold milk doesn't solve. lol |
